PROPOSED BOOKING PROCEDURE

A. Your enquiry should be made by e-mail or fax. In order for us to offer you a good quotation, it is necessary you send us the following information.

The name of the charterer.
The type of the required yacht and alternative.
The exact charter dates.
The desired marina of departure.
The number of persons onboard.

Once we have received your enquiry, we will inform you about the boats available, as soon as possible.

B. When you have received our quotation and offer, you can either confirm the booking or request an option. Options can be held for a maximum of one week. Should it be necessary to extend the option, please contact us and we will try to extend it.

C. If you accept our quotation and offer, we will draw up six copies of the charter agreement (one for the charterer and five for us). All copies should be signed by the client as the charterer and five copies should be returned to us as soon as possible.

D. Along with the copies of the charter agreement, you should send us a completed Charter Information sheet/Crew List. In case of a last minute booking, you should send us this information by e-mail or fax.


PAYMENTS

A. For reservations made at least 5 months prior to the scheduled departure date, payment is made as follows:

25% upon signing the contract
25% after a period of two months
50% four weeks before the yacht's scheduled departure date

B. For reservations made less than 5 months prior to the scheduled departure date, payment is made as follows:

50% upon signing the contract and
50% four weeks before the yacht's scheduled departure date

C. If the reservation is made within four weeks prior to the scheduled departure date, the total charter fee should be paid on the day of reservation. click here for banking info

CANCELLATION POLICY

If cancellation occurs:

3 - 2 months prior to embarkation, 30% of the total cost of the charter is charged.
2 - 1 month prior to embarkation, 50% of the total cost of the charter is charged.
1 month or less prior to embarkation, the total cost of the charter is charged.
